• Life Alert owns and operates its own Monitoring Center, all located in the U.S., with dispatchers who are fully trained and dedicated to your personal safety.
• Our dispatchers spend up to a year in extensive training, learning about personal safety, medical conditions and equipment, before becoming Emergency Dispatchers.
• Our Care and Concern training course is designed for our emergency dispatchers to identify the emotional needs of our customers, that go along with emergency situations.
• Our dispatchers manage a crisis from the beginning to the end while staying with you the whole time.
• Every shift in our monitoring center is supervised by managers with many years of Life Alert knowledge, and thousands of hours of emergency experience.
